Bunratty Bridgette

Foaled in 1995, Bridget is a daughter of Canningvale Bonnie Sue, and the dam of Knockrah Moonshadow.

Bridget has produced four purebred foals, all of which bear the Knockrah pefix. She is still owned by Sue and Brent McGrath (Knockrah Stud), but is on a longterm lease to be Sheila's riding pony for both their dotages.

Bridget has a particularly laid-back philosophy on life (even by Connemara standards). She is one of those great ambassadors for the breed, and has patiently taught a number of adults and children about the pleasures of riding.
