My Two Dads

Twizel is a 15.3hh Thoroughbred mare, foaled in 1989, and is owned by the Kohatu Partnership.

Twizel is possibly unique in that she has now had six foals to four different Connemara stallions. Two of her foals bear our prefix - Kohatu Windsong, and Kohatu Harvest Gold, having been another mare that has frequently been on loan.

Twizle is now home, and retired from the breeding game, and while age and pregnancy may have taken their toll on her girlsh figure, when she picks herself up and trots, she barely seems to touch the ground.
